1. Order acceptance

- Orders are confirmed once payment clears.
- TileMyCourt reserves the right to cancel + refund any order at our discretion.
- Pricing valid for 30 days from quote generation.
2. Custom orders + design changes

- Final court design is locked at checkout. Changes after this point incur a re-tooling fee.
- Tile colours on the live preview are approximate — physical samples available on request.
3. Delivery + risk

- Standard ETA: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, plus delivery transit.
- Risk passes to customer on delivery to the nominated address.
- Inspect on arrival; damage claims must be lodged within 7 days.
4. Logos + intellectual property

- By uploading a custom logo, you confirm you own or are licensed to use it.
- NBA / Jordan-branded logos are subject to licensing verification before print.
- TileMyCourt may decline to print any artwork we reasonably believe infringes a third-party right.
5. Governing law

- Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.
